I saw these two metro gals sharing their iPod and it reminded me of my teenage friend, Gina Pocekay. I see her in my mind's eye, here in Paris on the metro with her iPod, and I smile.

I am living in Paris, and i know this city very well since decades. And still, i discover new things about Paris all the time through weekly walks and readings.
Paris is known and unknown at the same time. Large parts of its secret beauties are hidden to most people, Parisians included.
